- Orders & Approvals – Orders placed by employees may require manager approval, depending on your account setup. – Once an order is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled without prior agreement. – We reserve the right to reject any order in case of incorrect pricing, stock unavailability, or other
valid reasons. - Delivery & Logistics – Deliveries within Mumbai are managed in-house. – Outstation deliveries are handled via courier partners. – Delivery timelines are indicative and may vary due to external factors (traffic, courier delays, etc.).
- Returns & Replacements – Damaged or defective products must be reported within 48 hours of delivery. – Returns are accepted only for unused products in original packaging. – Customised/printed products are non-returnable.
- Credit Terms – Credit limits and payment timelines will be assigned based on client profile. – Late payments may attract penalties or suspension of credit facilities. – We reserve the right to revise or withdraw credit facilities at our discretion.
- Data & Privacy – Your data will be handled as per our Privacy Policy. – By using the Portal, you
